Debatable.
Todd Haberkorn, who did the English voice-over of Hikaru Hitachiin, said that there will be a Season Two during SacAnime Winter 2016 Panel. *Insert Picture on the side

But he later denied this in his twitter account.
He said that he read an article but he is clueless if there will really be a Season 2.

In a January 3, 2019 post by www.cinemaholic.com it said that the maker of the OHSHC anime - Studio Bones - confirmed that there will be a Season 2!
But www.tvseasonspoilers.com in a February 1, 2019 update posted that Studio Bones has not yet made any announcement if there will be a Season 2 or if it is cancelled.
Release Date?
Indefinite.

Ouran High School Host Club is a comedic anime series that revolves around the escapades of Haruhi Fujioka, a scholarship student at the prestigious Ouran Academy, a fictitious high school for rich kids located in Bunkyo, Tokyo. Looking for a quiet place to study, Haruhi stumbles upon the abandoned Third Music Room, a place where the Ouran Academy Host Club, a group of six male students, gathers to entertain female "clients" with sweets and tea. During their initial encounter, Haruhi accidentally destroys an antique vase valued at ¥8,000,000 (around US$80,000) and must work off the debt as the club's errand boy. Her short hair, slouching attire and gender-ambiguous face cause her to be mistaken by the Hosts for a male student, though they soon realize her actual gender and the fact that she's a "natural" in entertaining girls, promoting her to full-Host status.
This anime is based on a manga of the same name which was written by Bisco Hatori.
The Season Two of OHSHC is highly anticipated by the fans!
