Julianna Margulies portrayed the role of Alicia Florrick in the legal drama series The Good Wife.
She was the lead character in the said hit television series.
Sadly the Good Wife concluded on 2016 during its 7th season.
But this TV series had a spin off called "The Good Fight".
The spin off did not include all the characters of The Good Wife.
Alicia Florrick is one of the characters which is not included The Good Fight.

Will Julianna Margulies appear as a guest star in The Good Fight?
Uncertain.
It has been reported that Margulies and The Good Fight series creators - Michelle King, Robert King and Phil Alden Robinson - had talks about Margulies' possible guest appearance in third season of The Good Fight.

Sadly the two sides were unable to reach an agreement.
That would mean that we cannot get a glimpse of Alicia Florrick in the third season of The Good Fight.

Why will we not see Margulies in the third season of The Good Fight.

Margulies' side
1) Pay Dispute - Lowball Offer
Margulies said that she wanted to be paid for her regular "Good Wife" rate.
But she was only offered to be paid a guest star rate.
This guest star rate is lower than her  regular "Good Wife" rate.

Margulies said, "I'm not a guest star; I started the whole thing with The Good Wife"... "I wanted to be paid my worth and stand up for equal pay."

1) Low Budget
The Good Fight has a lower budget compared to The Good Fight.
The low budget would mean that it would be a problem to pay Margulies her regular "Good Wife" rate.

What would have been Alicia Florrick's story in the Good Fight?
She was supposed to be a guest star for three episodes.
Her role was to be part of the "resistance" against President Donald Trump.
